Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Premarin tablets contain conjugated estrogens, which is a mixture of estrogens obtained from natural sources. It is used to treat symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes and vaginal symptoms such as dryness, burning and irritation. Premarin therapy may be given continuously or in cyclical regimens (regimens such as 25 days on drug followed by 5 days off drug), as is medically appropriate on an individual basis. Hence, it is advisable to consult your doctor before weaning off from the dose you have been put on. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
